Krofile Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Krofile platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not use another person's account without permission. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Free and PRO Plans
Krofile offers a free tier with limited features and a PRO subscription. The free tier includes 1 Digital Business Card, 1 Link-in-Bio, and 1 Review Card. PRO plans are billed monthly ($9/mo) or annually ($79/yr) and include unlimited cards, full analytics history, version history, unlimited leads, and CSV/PDF export. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Krofile (profile photos, card content, links). By uploading content, you grant Krofile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Krofile to: violate any law or regulation; impersonate any person or entity; transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; collect user data without consent; engage in phishing or deceptive practices; promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity; or interfere with the platform's operation. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in activities harmful to other users or the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krofile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
